Welcome to River Run Retreat! Our goal is to provide every guest with a relaxing five-star experience while preserving the beauty of the Weeki Wachee River and maintaining a peaceful environment for our neighbors. By booking this property, you agree to follow these house rules. OCCUPANCY • Maximum occupancy is 6 registered guests at all times. • Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior written approval has been given. • No large gatherings, parties, receptions, or events are permitted. QUIET HOURS • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise, music, and conversations at a reasonable level, especially outdoors. PARKING • Maximum of 3 vehicles. • Park only in the driveway. • No street parking is permitted. Vehicles parked on the street may be towed at the owner's expense. NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES • Please stay on the River Run Retreat property. • Do not enter neighboring docks, yards, seawalls, or private property without permission. • Please respect the privacy and quiet enjoyment of our neighbors. RIVER & KAYAK SAFETY • Kayaks, paddles, life jackets, and snorkel gear are provided for guest use. • Please return all equipment to its designated storage area after each use. • Do not leave kayaks in the river overnight. • The Weeki Wachee River has a steady current. Use caution while swimming and kayaking. • Children must be supervised at all times near the water. • Florida law requires each kayak to have a life jacket and whistle. BOATS & WATERCRAFT • Personal boats and personal jet skis are not permitted at this property. • Please refer to the Guest Guide for approved local rental companies. SMOKING • No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. • If smoking outdoors, properly dispose of cigarette butts and never throw them on the property or into the river. PETS • No pets are permitted unless specifically approved in writing before arrival. CARE OF THE PROPERTY • Please treat the home as you would your own. • Do not move indoor furniture outdoors. • Do not leave exterior floodlights on overnight, as they may disturb neighboring homes. • Please report any damage or maintenance concerns as soon as possible so we can address them promptly. CHECKOUT • Please follow the checkout instructions provided before departure. FAILURE TO FOLLOW HOUSE RULES Failure to comply with these house rules may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, or removal from the property in accordance with the booking platform's policies and applicable law.
